Shipping Policy

PhotoCozy pajamas are custom printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner in China. Please read these timing notes before you order.

Processing & delivery time

Each order is made to order. After checkout, production and delivery typically take 12–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number when your package ships.

Christmas 2026 cutoff

To help your gift arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by November 18, 2026. We recommend ordering early during peak season. Orders after the cutoff are still welcome, but holiday arrival is not guaranteed.

Shipping destination

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Enter your shipping address at checkout for available options and any duties or taxes that may apply (most US deliveries do not require extra payment at the door, but we can’t control local carrier practices).

Tracking & delays

Use the tracking link in your shipment email to follow your package. Customs, weather, and carrier volume can occasionally add a few days. If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, email support@photocozy.com with your order number.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered to an incorrect address you provided, or for delays caused by incomplete address details.
